The CHAKRA SERIES is an 8 week class which
is suitable for all levels of experience. We will
use the tools of Yoga, Light, Visuals & Sound to
bring your body, mind , heart and soul in to a
most peaceful, grounded and awakened space.
We will work with the basic chakras and move
towards strengthening the energy of our bodies.
Each week will build on to the previous week.
You will learn basic and advanced physical,
mental and energetic practices that you can
apply into any aspect of your life at any time.
