Join Ed & Jena Dailey for a Yoga Harmonics weekend workshop at Spring Willows Retreat. This experience is designed to do more than traditional yoga; its a holistic harmonization of the physical, energetic, and cellular bodies. We will focus on profound spinal harmony through tailored asana, pranayama, and meditation, seamlessly woven into the unique practices that define our approach, integrating ~ Young Living Essential Oils, sound healing, flower essences, crystals, light, and hydrotherapy.
